Lobos State Preserve, Pebble Beach and all mountains both east and west of the ocean. Located at the highest point in Carmel-by-the-Sea and slightly above the treeline, this home puts you on top of the world! You may never want to leave as the views are absolutely magnificent..... sunrises and sunsets from every room. Large and Private!
This house is usually offered as a 3 bedroom, 3 bath Vacation Rental for all Holidays, Special Events and the Summer Season. It can be rented as two separate units during the Fall, Winter and Spring months and 7 days before arrival in the Summer and during Holidays and Special Events.
Both the upper level and lower level of the home have their own private entrances and feature beautiful expansive Ocean and Mountain Views.
There are two one bedroom-one bath units that can be rented separately if the entire 3 bedroom house has not been rented by the same family. (See details in the rate schedule shown below)
DOWNSTAIRS MAIN LEVEL SUITE (#3493):
Cozy furnishings, king bed with memory foam topper in master bedroom (can also be made up as two twins), private deck with exquisite expansive panoramic Ocean and Sunrise views, unique art from all around the world and incredible sunset views from the living room. This large property affords plenty of off street parking and privacy. There is also a Queen sofa sleeper available to accommodate two additional guests, and enough floor space to accommodate a child on an Aerobed. Sleeps Maximum 4 Adults 1 Child
UPSTAIRS GUEST SUITE: (#3494)
The upstairs guest suite, contracted separately, features 1 bedroom, 1bath, an efficiency kitchen, private balcony with Ocean and Mountain Views and Beautiful Expansive Ocean and Treetop Views from Main Living Area. Sleeps 2 Adults
RENTING THE ENTIRE 3-BEDROOM HOUSE (#3493 and #3494):
3 bedroom, 3 baths available if both upstairs and downstairs are rented (there would be separate contracts and the second bedroom upstairs would be made available).
If renting the entire house the following applies:
UPSTAIRS GUEST SUITE #3494 (IF ENTIRE HOUSE IS RENTED) features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, an efficiency kitchen, private balcony with Ocean and Mountain Views and Beautiful Expansive Ocean and Treetop Views from Main Living Area. Sleeps 4 Adults and 1 Child in 2 bedrooms. (If rented separately, only sleeps 2 in the single bedroom with the King bed).

Simple elegance throughout and all the basics included for your comfort. The House is located on a large lot with beautiful pines and absolutely amazing views that bring a sense of peace and joy to all who stay here.
