With the beach and municipal golf course just steps away, it will be hard to decide which way to go while staying in this colorful Pacific Grove home. But you may want to just stay to lounge on the front patio, glimpse sailboats and spouting whales on the bay, and hear crashing waves and seagull cries in the distance.

The single-level, newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home features garden patios both front and back, with thoughtful design inside and out that includes custom-made stained glass windows, bathrooms with curbless showers and heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen with beverage refrigerator, and a natural gas fireplace with remote and cool touch technology for safety.

Vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and high windows that let in plenty of natural light are all part of the 1,535-square-foot home, which features colorful and comfortable décor with a touch of whimsy and a nod to the Monterey Bay environment.

It’s just a few minutes walk to much of what Pacific Grove has to offer — the beach and the Monterey Peninsula Recreation Trail, the municipal golf course, Lovers Point, and to charming shops and restaurants in downtown Pacific Grove. It’s also close to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row, and downtown Monterey, Carmel and golfing in Pebble Beach® are just 10 minutes away by car.

Upon your arrival, you will be greeted with complimentary cheese and wine or sparkling cider, wine tasting passes and a basket of local information. An assigned concierge vacation house manager is available to assist you during your stay. We also provide beach towels as well as spa amenities in the bathrooms, and spa robes are available upon advance request.

Guests entering through the front will pass by the garden area of the front patio, featuring a bubbling fountain and beautiful flowers that attract hummingbirds and butterflies. The front dutch-door opens into a great room that includes kitchen, living room and dining room in a spacious open floor plan. The dining room features a table with seating for 6 and stained glass windows by local artist Peter Zjada that sparkle when the sunlight strikes in the morning.

The kitchen offers a large island with a five-burner gas cooktop and additional seating. Stainless steel appliances and a deep sink with pull-down faucet make mealtimes and clean up a snap. Alexa is available on demand and is linked with high-quality custom speakers.

The master bedroom features a queen bed and butterfly imagery throughout, as well as an en suite bath with curbless shower and a height-adjustable showerhead. A deep jetted soaking tub can be found beneath custom stained glass windows of Lovers Point.

The second bedroom is adorned with peacock-themed items as well as a desk area and a bench. Both these bedrooms have views of the back patio and offer private entrances.

A third bedroom, which can also be used as an office, offers a queen sofa sleeper, 5G high speed internet, perfect for remote workers, beach décor and a 55-inch HDTV. The second and third bedroom share a hallway bath with a curbless shower and heated floors. Also off this hallway is a laundry area with washer and dryer.

In the back garden patio, guests are welcome to pick Meyer lemons and enjoy the flowers and lawn area. It’s a perfect spot to sit and relax, or enjoy barbecuing on the natural gas grill.

Parking for one vehicle is available in the garage, which has a remote control door. Off street parking for up to 5 additional vehicles, an RV or boat in the long driveway
