While enjoying your time in the beautiful Monterey Bay, why not learn more about the lovely wines produced in our region! We will not only teach you about the local wine industry but also how to smell and taste wine like a professional. Our programs include 6 olfactory wines (smelled, not tasted), six curated wines to taste during the tutored tasting, educational materials, PowerPoint presentation, and a cheese plate per person.

Learn It – Wine Seminars

Know what your nose knows! Learn how to smell and taste wine like a professional. Choose from a wide array of seminars – The FUNdamentals of Wine, Wines of the Monterey Bay, Cabernets of The Napa Valley, Bordeaux for Beginners, Great Wines Made Under the Tuscan Sun and SO MANY more! Seminar is 90 minutes and includes an olfactory tasting, a tutored wine tasting and a cheese and wine pairing.

Want to dive deeper into wine? We offer in-depth training courses on many different varietals/regions. Courses include learning wine vocabulary, training one’s palate using “blind-tasting” practices and sommelier-led tutored tastings techniques.

Are spirits more your thing? We offer seminars on Bourbon, Gin, Whiskey (domestic), Whisky (Scotch/Irish) and Tequila as well as fortified wines such as Sherry, Port and Madeira! 

Visit It – Winery Experiences

Let us take you on a private food and wine tour to the Carmel Valley, the Santa Lucia Highlands or to San Benito County! You and your guests will be escorted by your own personal sommelier, enjoy a private tasting at each winery and be treated to a lovely “wine country” lunch. Sparkling wine is provided on the bus along with some local treats.

Experience It – In Your Own Home

Impress your friends or your clients with a tasting of several of the most sought after wines in the world!  Enjoy a selection of 90+ pt wines by region, such as the Napa Valley, or by varietal, like Cabernet Sauvignon. Have a particular wine in mind?  Let us curate a vertical tasting for you in your own home!

Enjoy It – Out on the Town

End the evening with a perfectly paired Wine Dinner! We work with a local chef/restaurateur to develop a menu that pairs perfectly with the wines being shown. Each dinner usually has four to five courses and six wines. Recent wine dinners have focused on the Cult Wines of the Napa Valley, Wines of Burgundy and Bordeaux and Wines of Latin America, and of course, The Amazing Wines of Monterey Bay! We can also work with your chef or bring a chef to you for a wine dinner at home.

Explore It

Travel with us for a day or more to the Napa Valley, Sonoma Coast, Paso Robles or Santa Ynez/Santa Barbara.  Spend a week or more with us in the wine regions of France, Italy, Austria, Germany, Slovenia, Croatia and Portugal.  We travel by land, river and sea – your choice or select a combination of all three!
