My husband and I were Sanctuary Vacation Home owners for a period of two and a half years, upon which we decided to sell our home.
From the very beginning, when we met with Annee Martin, we felt their attention to detail, ability to communicate and most importantly, their ability to manage whatever came up or needed doing...all exceeded our expectations. We had a home that we had lovingly built and furnished and only due to health circumstances, left. We were hesitant at first, but in all honesty, our home never looked better, while it was under their care. When we came to visit ourselves, I felt like I was on vacation. It is a little more expensive because they won't settle for worn linens, old kitchen "stuff", or clutter.
