My husband and I were Sanctuary Vacation Home owners for a period of two and a half years, upon which we decided to sell our home.From the very beginning, when we met with Annee Martin, we felt their attention to detail, ability to communicate and most importantly, their ability to manage whatever came up or needed doing...all exceeded our expectations. We had a home that we had lovingly built and furnished and only due to health circumstances, left. Sanctuary Vacation Rentals knows how to be invaluable to both vacation renters and to the owners of the rented homes. We know when an agency is good and when one is failing its vacation renters and its homeowners. For 12 years, we retained the largest vacation rental company in the Monterey area, and they failed us and our renters. We were thinking of selling our home because each year it rented out less of the year and because renters were not getting the proper attention for all those little things that make for a great vacation.Then we switched to Sanctuary to manage and rent-out our home. We have been working with Sanctuary Vacation Rentals for about three years now. We purchased a home in Carmel with the plan to rent it out for 5 years (as a long term rental) until we moved there full time. While in escrow, we started exploring its viability as a vacation rental. I needed answers fast so I contacted the three most prominent property managers in Monterey. ...I decided to move my Property Management to Sanctuary Vacation Rentals who were managing my other 2 friends' properties. With in few days, my Pebble Beach house got rented as Corporate rental and since then my house hasn't stayed vacant at all. I bought another property at Carmel Highlands and even before closing, we asked Annee and Mary Jane of Sanctuary Vacation Rentals to manage the house. They were very efficient and did excellent job setting up the house and decor with every minute detail.I have been receiving excellent and efficient service of getting properties rented.
