Overall Comment
It’s no surprise that this property scores 10/10 on reviews. It is peaceful, serene and private. There is plenty of space to spread out. Beautiful deck, there are actually 3 separate decks. Also, most rooms are good, so easy to increase your chances of having a good trip when traveling with multiple families.

Absolutely gorgeous views from this beautiful and spacious home! My six guests and I enjoyed every square foot of it! The two master bedrooms are very well appointed, as are the guest bedrooms. The guest bathroom however, needs a little TLC. Having a shower curtain on both sides of the shower is a bit claustrophobic. Two of the three fireplaces worked very well however the third was unable to get lit, which was a disappointment because that was the most inviting living room space. Overall, we would stay here again, for sure!

We had a wonderful family holiday vacation at 3707 Pacific's Edge Sanctuary in Carmel CA. The home was a perfect fit for our family of ten. It was perfectly located in the Monterey Peninsula close to Monterey and Carmel in one of the most beautiful and picturesque locations in the USA. We would highly recommend this property to family and friends.

My siblings and I loved this home for us to celebrate our father's milestone birthday, it was a large, open and inviting home and we loved it! I loved having the beautifully appointed rooms and location was ideal for exploring Point Lobos and also seeing the whales from the deck!

Great stay, I would note on description that there is no AC, (I might have missed it if it was noted) but even with the windows open house got very warm and made it difficult to sleep at times. Also the faucets and shower heads need fixed or cleaned well. The master shower had light pressure but the blockages on the shower head made it difficult to rinse hair.i was also told one of the guest bathroom faucets was “dripping” when fully turned on. Overall though we had a great stay and would love to come back!

Great Stay for our Family Reunion

We had 4 small family groups stay here. 7 adults, 3 children, one dog. Great layout to keep people apart, but still allow family groups with kids to sleep together. No bunk beds. One more separate almost apartment like room (up stairs) allowed our older generation to get some sleep while the younger ones kept talking. Conveniently located to Carmel and Monterey. Plenty of nearby hiking. For our capabilities, hikes were good. Very scenic. Lots of wildlife. Shore or inland hikes, your choice. Readily accessible food stores. Property quiet. Well maintained. Everything clean and functioning. Plenty of room to spread out. Good internet connection. Responsive rental agency. Great views. Property line fenced, though can be readily breached in front by children and or dogs. Good water pressure. Beds were comfortable. Propane gas cooking. Worked out very well for us.

We had a great stay at this location. It was a family trip to Carmel. The house was large enough to fit our family comfortably and for the kids to have enough room to run around inside and out. The views from the patio are amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

This house is humongous, gorgeous and comfortable and the view is absolutely spectacular. The area is terrific also - there is great hiking within about a mile and beaches and shopping very near by. Sanctuary Vacation Rentals were responsive. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat!

This property was absolutely gorgeous. It exceeded our expectations. The property was large and well kept. There is a large deck with terrific views of the ocean. The house is well kept, well lit, and also has a view of the ocean. Management was responsive and professional. Would definitely stay here again.

3 Nights Wasn't Enough

3 nights wasn't enough. The beach was close and lifeguard on duty, very nice. 5 minutes to groceries and shops. Issues with dvd player when trying to watch family video. Ice maker never really worked. Master with the view was gorgeous but shower water pressure horrible. Plenty of room for 10. 6 adults and 4 children ages 7-1. Loved the yard with the grass area. We enjoyed our stay, we would return and recommend this property. I feel like the listing photos do not show all the amenities. For one outdoor seating and the wine room. Updated photos would benefit.
