Quiet house, peaceful location

Overall Comment
This property is great for groups. We had six adults and one toddler, and there was plenty of space of all of us to be comfortable. Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom, and there is an extra bathroom in one of the family rooms. There are two "wings" of the house located on either side of the foyer, with bedrooms and family rooms on each side. The kitchen is well equipped and pleasant. The property management company was very helpful and professional. I would definitely use them again.

Great stay at Carmel Nest

The house was very nice and allowed for quite a bit of privacy for our fellow travelers. It is a very short drive to downtown Carmel which was an added bonus for us since we had an event to attend there. We loved that every bedroom had a bathroom and there was plenty of room to hang out. The property manager was available at all times and was very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The home was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Plenty of space to enjoy quiet time. We were a very short drive to Carmel (maybe a mile). We would stay here in the future.

Our stay was incredible! First, the proximity to Carmel Beach was awesome. It was at most a 5 minute drive. Second, the place was spacious and incredibly large and accommodating. The place also had incredibly new kitchen appliances and washing machines, etc.

We gathered here as a family to participate in a familial wedding. We had three separate couples and a single and everyone was content with their bedrooms and ensuite. We loved the angularity of the house inside and the many common rooms. The kitchen worked well although we mostly ate out. All the appliances are there and a washer and dryer. Ironing board and iron provided as well. Never watched the TVs although there seemed like one in every room! The neighborhood is great, walkable and friendly. The location is excellent and the whole area is quiet. When not at functions we spent our time walking the beaches in Carmel and Monterey. Endless beach! The weather was spectacularly sunny and pleasant. Not the usual, I gathered. The company and people were easy to work with and the pictures are what's there and much more. Don't hesitate to rent this property.

We had a lovely stay at the Carmel Nest! The location is great -- easy to get to downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea or on the highways to nearby towns, and a beautifully quiet neighborhood. The home is beautifully appointed and well-cared-for. I enjoyed working on the back patio while my dog lounged in the sun, and the kids loved having a second "kids room."

This home was very comfortable for me and my two sisters. It was helpful to have the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in each bathroom along with plenty of towels. I would recommend getting a new Keurig maker. Overall we loved our stay!

Family of six with 2 dogs had a pleasant stay at Carmel Nest. There was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy time together but also private time. Location is a bit far from the beach but we made the walk back and forth a couple of times during our stay. Very peaceful location.

We had two families and dogs with us and this was a great place to stay. The rooms are far enough apart that it felt like we had our own spaces, but there are a few common areas to come together. The kitchen is well stocked, the house is clean, and Carmel is lovely. We had a great time and will certainly come back.
