Named for the family who built it in 1908, the Crane House is a heritage home located in beautiful Pacific Grove.

Situated just a short distance from downtown, enjoy a short walk to galleries, shopping and restaurants close by. Take a scenic walk to the beach, Cannery Row, and the Monterey Aquarium, using the coastal walking and biking trail located adjacent to those attractions. Here you can create memories that will last a lifetime!

Entry
Enter through the foyer, next to the library, and pass into the living room.

Library
The Library is located just off the entry of the home and features a twin daybed for repose or reading.

Living Room
The living room features plenty of comfortable seating with a flat screen Smart TV with streaming service. It shares an open floor plan connecting the adjacent dining area.

Dining Room
Located off the main living room, the open plan dining room seats six guests comfortably and is a wonderful space for gathering the family. Enjoy easy access to the fully-equipped galley kitchen.

Kitchen
Sun-filled, fully-equipped kitchen features a vintage gourmet Wolf range and oven as well as a drip coffeemaker and a single cup coffee maker option. Recent updates and high end appliances make the kitchen feel fresh and modern while retaining all the vintage charm.

Back Yard
The new deck features a gas grill, and seating for 6. String lights make dining out on the deck feel festive. Automatic lights in the garden create ambience in the evenings. Another great place for family and friends to gather.

Theater Room / Kitchenette
Located on the upper level is a theater room with a comfy leather sofa with chaise, cozy throw blankets, and 84" flat screen TV with streaming service. Just steps away is a kitchenette with small fridge, microwave and all the essentials for the best movie night ever.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Located on the 2nd floor, Bedroom #1 features a king bed as well as a twin daybed in an alcove. The alcove may be the best seat in the house as you can enjoy a peek of Monterey Bay. Just steps away is a full bathroom with an over sized claw foot tub - big enough for two! - with a handheld shower wand. When soaking in the tub you can glimpse a view of the bay.

Downstairs, Bedroom #2 is located off the living room and it has a king bed and direct access to the back deck. This bedroom also has direct access to a full Jack and Jill style bathroom with a standing shower, shared with Bedroom #3.

Bedroom #3 has a king bed and fun art, and also has access to the full Jack and Jill bath with a standing shower shared with Bedroom #2.

The laundry room is located just off the kitchen and in addition to a full size stacked washer and dryer, there is a small utility sink and a separate water closet with a toilet.

Parking
Parking for 1 car or 2 small cars in the driveway and ample street parking on two sides of this home which sits on a corner lot. The garage is not available for guest use.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
