This freshly remodeled and furnished 2,251 sf Carmel-by-the-Sea home awaits your arrival. Brand new beds, linens and appointments are found throughout the home. Be among the first to enjoy this charming, single-level Carmel home.
Blue is Green is located just outside of the fun of downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea and yet close to everything. Some guests will prefer to walk to the beach, farmer's market, boutique shops and world-class eateries, others may prefer to drive less than five minutes to any of these same destinations. Monterey Peninsula attractions like Cannery Row and the Monterey Bay Aquarium are within a 15 minute drive, not to mention numerous area golf courses and the natural wonders of Point Lobos State Reserve and Big Sur to the south.
Living Spaces:
While the home has been recently updated, much original charm has been retained in the wood floors, paned windows, and open-beam ceilings. Modern art brings a fun, unique flavor to the home. Updates include tile in the living room, a completely remodeled kitchen and many new furnishings.
The living room has leather furniture near the large, flat screen TV and a table and chairs for dining, work or play. The television is a wifi-enabled Smart TV. Guests can log into their own streaming subscriptions (no cable).
An adjacent den is perfect for reading, working or quiet conversation.
The rear patio has outdoor seating and a propane BBQ grill. The back yard is fenced.
Kitchen and Dining:
The fully-remodeled kitchen is well-equipped for making meals at home and entertaining. Attractive solid countertops and new appliances make cooking and cleanup a breeze. A separate island is a great place to gather for hors d'oeuvres or a quick snack. The dining table in the adjacent large living room space seats 6+ guests.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Bedroom #1 has a king four poster bed.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed.
Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and a small en suite powder room.
Two full hallway-accessed bathrooms have showers. One is located near the bedrooms and the other is near the living spaces.
Due to the Homeowner's pet allergies, only well-behaved hypo-allergenic dogs are are welcome with pre-approval on a case-by-case basis, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
Two covered carport spaces are available with off-street parking for two more vehicles in the driveway.
This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
