Privacy and security will be yours in this detached guest cottage with its own separate driveway, covered carport parking space and small fenced yard. The large lot includes a main house but the two buildings are very separate from one another.

Located inside the gated, exclusive Pebble Beach community, residents of this single-level, 700 sf cottage will be near the ocean, golf courses and all Monterey Peninsula-area attractions.

Living Space
The high, angled ceiling with exposed beams, light colored walls and laminate wood floors lend a lofty feeling to the space and are an excellent foundation for any decor. A gas fireplace is tucked into the corner near the sliding glass door which leads to a rear deck.

Kitchen
A delightful, efficient kitchen includes tiled counters and backsplash and all major appliances including a dishwasher.
Even doing dishes will be a delight as you look out the garden window which gazes out into a cluster of oak trees.
A second smaller prep sink in the peninsula looks out through a pass-through wall cutout that looks into the living room.

The cottage has its own washer and dryer.

Bedroom and Bathroom
The bedroom has a lofty wooden ceiling and a wall of windows. The sliding glass door exits onto a rear deck.
The en suite bathroom has a shower-over-tub with white tiles and sliding glass shower doors.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet deposit and a signed pet addendum.

This is an unfurnished guest house on a large lot with a main house.

The guest unit rents for $3250 per month plus applicable fees and deposits. 12+ month rentals.
Tenants renting the guest house are responsible for all utilities.
The cottage has forced air heating.
