This stunning 2,350 sf custom home with 4 bedrooms is within an easy stroll of a large sandy beach, the attractions of downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea, and is located in the Carmel school district. If you are looking for an elegant home with character to spare, this is the home for you. Large families are welcome.
Playa del Mar is a three-level home with a reverse floor plan to take advantage of the ocean view from the upper levels. Please note that there are many stairs on this property.
Features include four balconies, seven French doors, two gas fireplaces, custom tile, paneled walls, coffered ceilings and peeks of the ocean.
The lower level includes a one-car garage and a large bedroom which could also be used as a family room if desired, in addition to a large dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer provided.

Up a few more steps to the topmost level, you'll find the kitchen and dining area in addition to a conveniently located powder room. The kitchen appliances include refrigerator, range/oven and dishwasher.

Dedicated parking spaces for two vehicles - one in the garage and the other in the driveway.
Well-behaved dogs are possible with pre-approval, an additional pet deposit and a signed pet addendum.
Playa del Mar is offered at $15,500 per month in addition to security deposit, pet deposit and other applicable fees.
