Guests will enjoy this completely updated, 2,077 sf home located in the exclusive Pebble Beach® community near Monterey Peninsula Country Club, Spanish Bay and scenic 17 Mile Drive®. The home is also situated near the bordering town of Pacific Grove and all of its shops, sights and conveniences.

Lofty ceilings with exposed beams grace the living areas along with gleaming wood floors. Ample light comes through windows and French doors that lead out to a garden patio. A decorative fireplace in the living room is filled with battery operated candles for ambience. An adjacent sitting room has a gas fireplace. The wifi-enabled Smart TV has a variety of streaming options set up for guests (Sling TV, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) and guests may log into their own streaming subscriptions as well.

Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen features attractive solid countertops and handsome appliances like the gas stove with convenient pot/kettle filler tap, double wall ovens and a side by side refrigerator. A large peninsula offers casual counter seating at stools; a full dining table is on hand for sit down meals. Outside, a propane BBQ grill is on hand on the patio.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a tiled shower and two sinks.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and attractive built-in shelving.
Bedroom #3 has two twin beds and views of the garden.
The full hall bathroom has a shower.

The garage is not available to guests but ample driveway and street parking is available.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
