Walk out your door directly to the trails of Garrapata State Park, or hop in the car and grab breakfast at Deetjen's or dinner at Nepenthe.

Close to scenic destinations like Bixby Bridge, Point Lobos State Reserve and state parks with towering sequoias and hiking trails. Also within an easy drive to all Monterey Peninsula attractions like the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row, the boutique shops and restaurants of Carmel-by-the-Sea and Pacific Grove, not to mention a plethora of courses to choose from for the golf enthusiasts.

This 1,500 sf guest house is detached and set apart from the main house on the property which is a part time residence for the Homeowner. Comfortable furnishings, a fully-equipped kitchen and Starlink internet are all on hand so you can settle in and stay a while.
The television is located in the living room and it is a wifi-enabled Smart TV so guests can bring their logins to their own streaming subscription services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.) and watch their favorite shows.
