This sophisticated 1,970 sf condo is equipped with high end appliances and adorned with luxury finishes and new furnishings throughout. Enjoy stunning Monterey Bay Views from the morning sunrise all the way to the twinkling lights of nearby towns across the bay. Keep an eye out for otters, seals, dolphins and even whales in addition to sailboats and fishing boats.

Walking distance from Lover's Point Beach, downtown Pacific Grove's shops and eateries, and just one mile from the acclaimed Monterey Bay Aquarium - easily reached by using the Recreation Trail that wraps around the bay. Don't miss the Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary, Asilomar State Beach and Point Pinos Lighthouse - the longest continuously operating Lighthouse on the west coast.

Just a short drive away you'll find golf options aplenty in Pebble Beach and beyond, world-class restaurants and boutique shops of Carmel-by-the-Sea, and historic downtown Monterey. Between Monterey Regional Airport and San Jose and San Francisco International Airports, it will be a breeze reaching your destination. Pacific Grove is a convenient home base from which to explore the entire central coast - from San Francisco down through the Big Sur Coastline.

Living Spaces
The open concept living area has luxurious furniture, a TV with Comcast cable service, and bay views.
Comfortable furniture pieces are situated to encourage conversation. Interesting old-world accents like large exposed beams, wide plank flooring, the special plaster wall finish and wooden accent pieces add richness to this sophisticated space.
Open the door to the balcony to let in the fresh ocean air.
The small, private den is equipped with a high end queen size sofa bed for weekend guests as well as a desk when you need a quiet work space.

Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen has high end appliances including a paneled refrigerator, generous countertop space and a walk-in pantry. This is a chef's dream kitchen with it's stunning finishes, solid countertops, large farm-style sink and everything needed to create meals at home. Custom cabinetry and detailed tile work paint a beautiful picture in this truly unique kitchen.
The adjacent dining table has L-shaped banquet seating and chairs, making the perfect place for gathering for memorable meals, games and chats into the night.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Each bedroom has a brand new Luxury Firm Saatva mattress on brand new Thuma bed frames (2024).
Bedroom #1 has a king bed, Smart TV with streaming service and an en suite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, Smart TV with streaming service and an en suite bathroom with a tub and shower.
The home also has a powder room/half bathroom.
There is also a small, private den with a high end queen size sofa bed, perfect for a weekend guest.

Dedicated parking for one vehicle is located in the shared parking structure under the building; additional free parking can be found nearby.
An elevator serves the building to take you up to your third level retreat.

Sorry, this building is not pet friendly.

Please note that in 2024 there is an construction project in the lot to the rear of this building. Your ocean view will not be impeded.

Non-standard calendar month reservations (mid-month to mid-month or similar) are welcome except for August 2024 and all of 2025. Normal calendar month reservations will only be accepted for August 2024 and all of 2025 at this time.

This Place is a Stunner!

You will be transported! We recently stayed at The Alhambra luxury condominium in the historic Holman Building in the heart of downtown Pacific Grove. The apartment was nothing less than a magic carpet ride through the ages! Every tiny detail was thoughtfully considered and no expense was spared in this fully renovated unit, giving us the feeling that we were truly someplace special. In particular, the tile work was beyond belief - we had no idea artisans still do this level of work, wait till you see it and experience the luxury first hand! From the arches and beamwork to the finishes, lighting and wallpaper - this place is a stunner. On top of that - the location is killer. From the front door, we did a breathtaking walk all along the coastline where ae saw harbor seals nesting and the burst of springtime blooms. We dined at the restaurants all along Lighhthouse Avenue, shopped and enjoyed a festival nearby. And if you prefer to stay indoors, you can see the ocean from your balcony! If you haven’t visited Pacific Grove before, you’re in for a treat. We just loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back. We’ve never stayed at a place like this. The responsive management and high security building with parking is also a huge plus. If you can book it, I’d grab it because you won’t be disappointed.
