Nestled between Whale Point and Pyramid Park, you'll find this wonderful oceanfront beach house along Cliff Drive in west Santa Cruz.
Located within walking distance to Natural Bridges State Beach, Tidepools and Monarch Trail, iconic surf spot Steamer Lane and the Santa Cruz Surfing Museum and a nearby lighthouse - so you don't have to venture far from your vacation home to get up close and personal with the natural wonders of the central California Coast and fun landmarks that your entire group will enjoy visiting.
Convenient traveling from San Jose International Airport along Highway 17 takes you directly into Santa Cruz within an hour (depending on traffic).

A short drive takes you to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk and several big sandy beaches, or to numerous restaurants and shops. The charming seaside village of Capitola is about 25 minutes away and you're within half an hour to Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park.
Make your way down Highway 1 through Moss Landing and spend a day on the Monterey Peninsula, about an hour south, exploring all the sights as you go.

Right out the front door are two and a half miles of oceanfront paved pathways for walking & biking leading to Natural Bridges on one end and the Beach Boardwalk/Downtown with shops/restaurants on the other end.

Living Space
Attractive gardens wrap around the house and the back yard of this double corner lot is fenced for privacy.
Large windows take advantage of the full ocean views from this well-kept, single-level, 1,546 sf home with gleaming wood floors, exposed brick and recessed lighting.
A separate family room has a decorative fireplace with brick surround and battery operated candles, and a wifi-enabled Smart TV with streaming apps - guests should bring their logins to their own subscription services for viewing.

Kitchen and Dining
The large custom kitchen has ample counter space, a large sink and stainless steel appliances including a gas stove/oven, dishwasher and a separate wine fridge.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a standing shower.
Bedroom #2 has a king bed.
Bedroom #3 has a king bed.
The full hall bathroom has a standing shower and there is also a half bathroom in the home.

A washer and dryer is located near the kitchen.

Absolutely NO pets or animals of any kind are permitted due to the Homeowner's life-threatening allergies. Thank you for your compliance and understanding.

One off-street parking space is provided. The garage is not available for guest use. Street parking is permitted on a first come, first served basis.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the Homeowner.
