The living room has a gas log fireplace, TV, and Blue-Ray DVD.
Down a couple of steps from the kitchen is a separate family room with TV and couch, with sliding doors that open onto a spacious back deck with propane BBQ and some ocean views. The home also has a nice rear patio and a fenced yard.
Kitchen and Dining
Gourmet kitchen has stone counters, gas stove top, microwave, and dishwasher. Dining area off living room seats 4+.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Upstairs:
Bedroom #1 is a large primary suite with a king bed, large bay window, nice ocean views, sitting area, a gas log fireplace, and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks and large shower stall.
Downstairs:
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a standing shower.
Bedroom #3 has two twin beds.
The third bathroom is located on the lower level near the twin bedroom and it has a standing shower.
Stacked Bosch washer/dryer in hall closet.
Parking: Single car garage plus driveway parking for one vehicle.
