There are approximately 9 steps up to the front door but the home is all one level once inside.
The living / dining space has different zones in one large room. Light-colored wall-to-wall carpet runs through the living areas and bedrooms.
The living area has a wood burning fireplace, love seat, upholstered chairs, TV, and sunny atrium windows.
The dining area includes an elegant vintage table and chairs for 4-6 adjacent to a work space at a lovely writing desk and a reading nook with a comfy chair and ottoman situated near a sliding door with access to the front deck.
Kitchen and Dining
The fully updated kitchen is an attractive place to prepare meals with solid granite countertops, stainless appliances (dishwasher, gas range, microwave), tile floors and convenient stacked washer and dryer.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a king bed, TV, antique writing desk and vanity each with their own chair, and an en suite bathroom with a standing shower. Sliding doors from the bedroom lead out to a lovely deck - a perfect spot for an afternoon read or some bird watching in the tree canopy above.
Bedroom #2 has two twin beds and a vaulted ceiling with skylights.
Full hallway bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination with tile surround and hexagon tile floors.
Off street parking for one vehicle in the driveway and the one-car garage is available for parking a modestly-sized vehicle.
