This recently renovated 1,680 sf, 3 bedroom, 2 bath Carmel-by-the-Sea home provides easy access to downtown Carmel, while enjoying a private, quiet location. Views into a nearby canyon are enjoyed from multiple rooms in the home. Nautical Nook is located about 3 blocks to downtown and 10 blocks to the beach. Owner provides handy beach supplies include a cooler on wheels, beach towels for 8 and small wagon to help haul beach supplies.
Living Spaces
Wood floors throughout give this home a fresh, clean appeal and subtle nautical elements in neutral tones are perfect for this beach house. Enter into the upper level of the home to find the living room with a seating area with sofas and floor to ceiling windows looking out to a canyon view of the Mission Trails green belt area.
Descend the staircase to find the open-concept kitchen, dining and family room. The family room area has a gas log fireplace with a large river rock surround, a comfortable seating area, and an entertainment center (TV with cable and HBO, able to stream Netflix and Amazon Prime content; DVD player and stereo with CD/radio).
Kitchen and Dining
The lower level living space is arranged as an open-concept great room space. Located next to the family room, the kitchen has been updated with granite counters, stainless steel appliances including a gas range, Nespresso Gourmet Coffee maker (owner provides a starter supply of pods) as well as standard coffee maker and grinder. The kitchen is separated from the dining area by a service bar. The dining table seats 4-6 and sits adjacent to the family room. This room also has lots of glass and canyon views plus doors leading out to deck which wraps around to side and provides access to barbecue.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Downstairs (near family room and kitchen):
Bedroom #1 has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a standing shower. Continue through the bathroom to a utility room with a stacked washer and dryer and door onto the side deck with barbecue.
Upstairs (near main entry and living room):
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed
Bedroom #3 has a twin-over-full/double bunk bed.
Upper level full hall bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination.
Off-street parking on a paved pad for 2 cars and street parking is available on a first come, first served basis.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
