This home is located next to the historic Golden Bough Playhouse and has lovely gardens and deck on an over-sized lot.
Living Space
The living room has fir wood floors, plush leather furniture, a natural gas fireplace with a brick surround and a TV with cable, DVD player and a stereo. On one side of the living area, is a large dining table with seating for 6.
Step outside to the exterior living areas and enjoy the lush gardens areas and ocean breeze.
Kitchen
The bright modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a gas range and solid countertops. A small drop-leaf table with seating for 2 is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee while chatting with the chef. A built-in hutch shows off cute, colorful dishes. Wood floors and open beam vaulted ceilings add to the charm.
Outside
A beautiful, professionally maintained garden surrounds the home. A spacious outdoor deck connects the main house to the detached guest house and is home to seating options and a propane BBQ grill as well as a peek of the Pacific. Stairs lead down from the upper deck to small yard & patio with more seating options and a propane fire pit. The verdant exterior areas function like an extension of the house and in the mild weather of Carmel can be enjoyed year-round.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Main House:
Bedroom #1 has a queen size sleigh-style bed, small TV and direct access to the shared hall bathroom.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and direct access to the deck.
The shared hall bathroom has mosaic tile floors and is equipped with a standing shower with clear glass panels and door.
Guest House:
A spacious outdoor deck connects the main house to the detached guest house.
Bedroom #3, aka the guest house, has a king bed with an ornate wood-carved bedstead, a TV with built-in DVD, and a full private bathroom with a custom tiled standing shower and a clear glass door.
