Living Space
Walk up one small set of stairs to the front porch and main entrance. The home is all one level inside. Enter into a lovely living room with comfortable seating, mission-style furniture, built-in shelving with TV, sky lights, and gas fireplace with tile surround. Beautiful hardwood floors, exposed beams and board and batten features are present throughout the home.
Kitchen and Dining
Adjacent to the living room is the sunny fully-equipped kitchen with pass-through counter, tile counter tops and electric range. Everything you need to prepare meals at home is on hand.
Stacked washer/dryer sits in a closet on the north side of the kitchen.
The indoor dining area has seating for four.
Outside
From the kitchen, walk out the door to the back patio and beautifully landscaped yard or to the outdoor dining area with seating for 4. The back yard is fully fenced and private.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 is a primary suite and has a Queen-size bed, TV, corner writing desk, walk-in closet, sky lights, recessed lighting, and en-suite bathroom. There is also a set of French doors that lead out to the back deck and patio. The en suite bathroom has a granite counter top, double sinks and walk-in granite tiled shower.
Bedroom #2 has a Queen-size bed, an armoire, recessed lighting, and sky lights.
Full hall bathroom has a white, single pedestal sink and large stall shower.
Neither bathroom has a tub.
Bonus room across from the bedrooms has one twin bed which is ideal for an overnight visitor, yet not recommended for long term use as a bedroom.
Off-street parking for two cars in the private driveway.
Well-behaved dogs may be considered with Homeowner pre-approval on a case by case basis, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
