Living Space
This spacious 2,691 sf, multi-level home features a living room and a separate family room. Watch your favorite shows on the WIFI-enabled Smart TV (guests should bring the logins to their own streaming subscriptions) or cozy up in front of the wood-burning fireplace (the other fireplace is decorative in nature and is not for burning).
The fully equipped kitchen with a large island is ready for you to create meals and enjoy them together with family and friends.

Fully fenced yard with a propane BBQ grill and a filtered ocean view from the deck.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 is a primary suite with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a standing shower and a separate soaking tub.
Bedroom #2 has a king bed.
Bedroom #3 has a cal king bed.
Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Jack and Jill style bathroom with a standing shower.
The home also has a half bathroom located near the family room, dining area and kitchen.
A washer and dryer set are available for guest use and are located inside the home in the hall.
The 2-car garage is available for guest parking in addition to 3-4 spaces in the driveway.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
