Living Space
This 1,600 sf, 2-level home has a comfortable layout.
The cozy living room features a gas-assisted fireplace and a wifi-enabled Smart TV offering streaming services (guests should bring the logins to their streaming subscriptions).
Outside
Open the living room doors onto the patio, where you can enjoy each other's company over your favorite drinks and snacks.
The verdant Zen garden is fenced for privacy.
Kitchen
Enjoy the fully-equipped chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator and gleaming kitchen island with a gas range. Gather around the kitchen table beside the inviting gas fireplace with stone surround, or step out onto the small patio with a barbecue, enhancing your culinary experiences.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 is located upstairs. It is the primary suite with a king bed, Smart TV, ocean view balcony, and a full bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower.
Downstairs, Bedroom #2 and Bedroom #3 each have a queen bed and are near a full bathroom with a standing shower.
For your convenience, the home includes a full-sized washer and dryer located in the garage.
The 1-car garage is available for parking and another off-street space is available in the driveway.

This home is equipped with a camera near the front walkway looking toward the area in front of the home and is monitored regularly for security.
This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
