The Barnyard and Crossroads Shopping Centers are located a short drive from the home, and it is easy to hop onto Highway One for day trips to Big Sur, Santa Cruz and beyond.
This quiet neighborhood is really a Carmel gem. Filtered ocean Views can be seen from this serene hilltop home and when you want to get your toes sandy, you will have your pick of beaches to choose from, with Carmel River Beach being one of the closest. Hiking, golfing, boutique shopping, exploring wine country of Carmel Valley and tasting delicious options at local restaurants should be high on your list of things to do when you visit The Lookout.
Living Space
This is a single-level, 2,300 sf home with about 3 steps at the entrance.
The comfortable living room is home to a gas fireplace and a TV. All the TVs in the home are wifi-enabled Smart TVs. Guests should bring the logins to their streaming subscriptions for programming.
Outside
Step outside and relax in the fully fenced yard which is also equipped with a gas BBQ grill.
Kitchen and Dining
A fully-equipped kitchen is ready to cater to the chef in you when you want to prepare and enjoy meals at home.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king bed, TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom #2 has a king bed and a TV.
Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and a TV.
Bedroom #4 has a queen bed and a TV.
Two full bathrooms are accessed by the hallway and both of them have a standing shower.
The home is equipped with a tankless water heater.
A washer and dryer are on hand for your laundry needs located inside the home.
Parking for two vehicles in the 2-car garage and up to 4 vehicles in the driveway.
Well-behaved dogs and cats are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
