This spacious, 4,069 sf single-level home welcomes its guests with a classic brick pillared entrance leading to a sweeping circular driveway. Bordered with majestic Oak trees and evergreens in front and a wooded greenbelt in back creates a park-like setting hard to find. Inside, solid hardwood floors and accent moldings creating a warm peaceful feeling throughout. Skylights equipped with electric shades and a power generator provide convenient extras for guest comfort.
Living Spaces
The home has both a living room with a gas fireplace, and a separate family room with high-beamed ceiling, a wood burning fireplace and a wifi-enabled Smart TV. Guests should bring their logins to access programming on their streaming subscriptions. There are a total of 6 TVs in the home.
Kitchen and Dining.
The home includes a spacious kitchen with a stainless steel refrigerator, a gas stove, double wall ovens and a breakfast nook. The adjacent dining room has French doors that lead to the rear patio.
Outside
Brick patios, a propane BBQ grill and English gardens in back offer quiet places and spaces to enjoy the fully fenced yard.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 is a primary suite with a king bed, large closet and French door access to a patio. The en suite bathroom has a standing shower and separate bathtub.
Bedroom #2 has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a standing shower.
Bedroom #3 has a king bed and a full en suite bathrooms with a standing shower.
Bedroom #4 has a full/double bed.
Bedroom #5 has two twin beds.
The shared full hall bathroom has a standing shower.
The home also has a half bathroom accessed from a hallway.
A washer and dryer are available to guests and located inside the home near the kitchen.
Parking for one modestly sized vehicle in the garage (the other side is not available for parking) and 4 cars can easily fit in the driveway.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
