Kyle Vickroy
Owner Services Manager
Born and raised in San Francisco, Kyle is a first-generation U.S. Air Force veteran who was first stationed in the Monterey area in 2014, where he served as a linguist and became fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
After retiring from the military, Kyle transitioned into the hospitality industry, where he has spent more than a decade building his career with industry leaders including Marriott, Westin, and Hyatt. In 2019, he began his journey into the vacation rental industry, joining TurnKey as an Operations Manager and later serving as General Manager for Vacasa, where he led the Monterey and Santa Cruz markets during the company’s IPO. After his time at Vacasa, Kyle joined Grand Welcome VR as General Manager, where he helped establish a new franchise and grew the market from just two properties to more than 25 in one year.
As of May 2026, Kyle has taken on his current role as Homeowner Services Manager at Sanctuary VR, where he is excited to continue building relationships with homeowners and creating exceptional vacation rental experiences. Kyle currently resides in Monterey with his family, including his two children, Mia and Jay, and their 8-year-old Cane Corso, Ivy.
