As Guest Experience Manager at Sanctuary Vacation Rentals, she brings extensive experience in hotel operations, sales, and guest relations, along with a genuine passion for hospitality.
Having spent much of her career in the hotel industry, Yesenia understands that the little details can make a big difference in a guest’s stay. She enjoys finding ways to go above and beyond, ensuring guests feel at home while experiencing all that the Monterey Peninsula has to offer.
Yesenia’s background has given her a strong appreciation for personalized service and the importance of making every guest interaction meaningful.
