Beautiful property in perfect location. We had a great stay! Beds were comfy, linens were high quality, and all amenities were thought of. The only suggestions I have are as follows: The upstairs rooms need mirrors (since all bathrooms are downstairs, a mirror upstairs would be super helpful), also, a coat rack or some hooks near the front door would be great (for coats, dog leash, purses, etc). Otherwise, everything was perfect!

The house is a dream! Clean and well-decorated. Because of great cable access, we were able to watch some of our favorite shows together. The kitchen was amazingly well-equipped so we were able to cook several times together as a family. The location was perfect being close enough to walk to several restaurants and a supermarket. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this home again in the future.

The cottage was more conveniently located than we anticipated. We could walk to the beach in 4 minutes and to fabulous restaurants and shops in 2! We especially enjoyed the numerous antique shops and boutiques close by. We didn't need to purchase anything extra. The kitchen and bathrooms provided everything we needed for our stay including coffee filters, baggies, soap and shampoo etc. The part of our trip that struck me the most was the genuine kindness of the people in Pacific Grove. Whether it was the staff calling to check on our stay, a waitress, a shop owner, or someone on the street asking if we needed directions. Everyone was friendly, generous, and considerate. We appreciated the luxury linens, towels, and comfortable beds. We will definitely be back.

We loved the little blue house on the hill. The location was perfect to walk to the seaside, coffee shops, restaurants and even a great book store. Very comfortable for our group of four, consisting of three generations.

We loved this property for our holiday. Served as a great home base for a week. Walking distance to downtown PG and Ocean View Blvd. The property was furnished well and was clean & comfortable.
Would have liked a clothes hanger to air dry clothes, and a coat rack at the entrance. These were two (small) things that made the stay a little impractical.
The upstairs rooms were not as renovated as the downstairs portion of the house.

Fantastic house close to everything! Only a few blocks to Lovers Point and fabulous restaurants but on a quiet street so not loud at all. Easy to walk everywhere and parking was no problem. Property Manager made sure we were well taken care of and the house was well-equipped and also nice and clean when we arrived. Fabulous fenced-in backyard for our dog which was super handy. This house could not have been more perfect for us and we hope to be back! Thank you very much for everything!!

Family Stay in Monarch Butterfly Town

The house was well equipped, clean, well located, and was overall enjoyable. The only problem was that the Key Code was set up incorrectly, so when we arrived we were not able to enter the home. My Wife, two young daughters and I had driven around 7 hours from SoCal, and arrived around 6PM ("after hours"). We called the after hours service, and did not hear back, so called again 30 mins later, and then 15 after that. That's when they told us that they were just an answering service, and the host had been notified. At 7:30, we decided to go eat around the corner (I would highly recommend Wildfish). And finally received a call around 8 PM. They came out and fixed the Key Code and then we were able to enter the home after dinner.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time celebrating a milestone birthday in this cozy house. We could walk to the beach and walked to our favorite restaurants each night. It has been beautifully remodeled and well equipped. We appreciated that we were able to include our grand dog. The only drawback is both bathrooms are on the 1st floor. A big awkward, but we made it work. We will be back!

This house is in a great spot for walking to so many places and the water! It is decorated very cute and was really clean. The beds were comfy and the house was very cozy. The only thing to note - the 2nd bathroom is downstairs, so be sure you can do the stairs. It was a gem - very happy with our stay.

Five adults stayed for 6 nights. The rental experience, including check-in and check-out was efficient and simple. The location of this house is perfect for walking to restaurants, Lover's Point, Monterey Aquarium, shops, market and parks. We drove only once the entire stay. The kitchen and dining area are well equipped. Dinner for 5 was easy. There is one bedroom downstairs, along with a small living room and the two small bathrooms. The other two bedrooms are upstairs. Overall, it's a very pleasant, nicely updated, but small house.
