We had a great time in Pacific Grove at this location. We had a 4 year old with us so proximity to the park and beach were excellent. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The view is amazing. The hospitality was exceptional. Highly recommend.

We stayed at this property for 7 days. It has a beautiful view of the bay. This duplex sits right across the street from the bay and walking path. Just a short walk to Lovers Point and a small beach. The Monterey Bay Aquarium is about a mile walk away. It’s pet friendly, however there is not a fenced in area for your dog. The pictures make the duplex look bigger than it really is. Not too sure it’s 1100 sq ft. It seemed clean inside. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom needs an upgrade. Not a lot of space for your things and the paint is chipping on the wall. I felt like it was a lot of money for what you actually got.

Outstanding location for this cozy unit. It came as advertised and the process with the staff was excellent. Being able to walk out the door and walk along the coast path was amazing every morning and in the evening, sitting on the porch watching the water was great. A 5 star vacation for us.

"Elderly" couple plus a friend enjoyed staying here and would love to return. Plentiful supplies and comfortable beds. Enjoyed the garage (standard-sized car) and the front porch. The view was fantastic and the walking path with benches was near the rocky beach...easy to get to from the house. Need a car to get to local sites. All in all, GREAT visit.

The location is perfect and view is breathtaking. We really enjoyed our stay I would definitely recommend and come back. We hiked Point Lobos and had lunch in Monterey. Thank you for having us!!

We are a group of three, a mom and two teenage daughters. The place was quirky and had everything we needed. The steps to the beach were a hit with my girls and the ease of parking in the back garage was great. But be aware it will only handle small cars, otherwise you need to park along the street. The place is a duplex, but we had no issues with our neighbors. This is a great place to stay if you like walking along the coast, have easy access to the aquarium, Big Sur, and Carmel.

Nice nautical vacation house with a spectacular location. At your front window you can watch the ocean and the world go by. Cross the street and you are on a beautiful coastal trail. Walk a half mile and you have shops and restaurants. The house is so interesting, with a whole collection of nautical items. Fun stay.

Our adult family loved our stay. It has a perfect location,and was very comfortable with everything we needed. We loved the big picture window with a full view of Monterey Bay. We even saw Otters flocking around without our binoculars. We were only there for 2 1/2 days but it felt like a week long relaxing getaway because we were so comfortable close to everything. Everything was very clean and SVR was so helpful. We also loved all the antique nautical decor, and guessing what it all was used for. Thank you!!!

a wonderful home in pacific grove

We had a wonderful time in this lovely house. Spent a week with our 2 kids and loved it. It is right in front of the ocean, easy access to the walking trail, lovely views and sightings of seals. Has close proximity to many good restauratns. Would stay again.

We have been visiting the Monterey area for over forty years, but we have never stayed where we could view the bay and be so close to the walking trails and ocean life viewing! The property has a great location with off street parking.
