Located near the famed 17 Mile Drive®, this handsome Pebble Beach® home is equally a nature-lover's and golf-lover's dream.
Convenient access to Highway One means you can reach all the events, attractions and fine dining of the Monterey Peninsula, Carmel, Big Sur, Santa Cruz and beyond with ease. Just a 7-minute drive from dog-friendly Carmel Beach.

Living Spaces
Life of Riley is a 2,056 sf, single-level home. The stylish living room is a wonderful place to gather while you rest and relax on your vacation. This space features vaulted ceilings, gleaming wood floors and an abundance of light streaming in through windows and French doors. Four comfortable swivel armchairs are gathered in a conversation grouping near the gas fireplace and the central coffee table is perfect for a game of cards.

The TV Room has a television with streaming service (guests should bring their logins for their own subscription services) and a particularly comfy, plush L-shaped sofa for lounging while you watch your favorite shows.

Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is fully-equipped for your culinary needs. Adorned with solid granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a 6-burner Wolf gas range and double wall ovens, this high-functioning kitchen is a chef's dream. The window over the sink looks out into the verdant back yard and a particularly stunning oak tree.

Outdoors
Step outside to the lush, park-like setting with a live oak tree and extensively landscaped with a variety of succulents. The yard is fenced and offers privacy for dining and enjoying a soak in the hot tub. The dining table is perfect for enjoying meals al fresco and includes a cozy seating area for chats in the evening.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Each bedroom has its own television with streaming service (guests should bring their logins for their own subscription services).
Bedroom #1 is the first of two primary suites. It has a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub combination and direct patio access to reach the hot tub.
Bedroom #2 is the second primary suite. It has a king bed, and an en suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub.
Bedroom #3 has a queen bed.
The full hall bathroom has a standing shower.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum. The yard is fully fenced. (Sorry, no cats.)

One car garage plus off-street parking in the driveway for a second vehicle. An electric vehicle charger is available with advanced request (level 2 J172) and guests should bring their own cord and adaptor as needed.

Other features:
This home is equipped with a washer and dryer, a whole-house generator and two exterior security cameras that are monitored regularly.

The stay is not inclusive of the $12.25 per car, per day Gate Fee to be paid directly to the community of Pebble Beach®. Ask us for details.

This home truly created our family with an amazing Spring break experience. Our family of 4 was extremely comfortable in the privacy and quaintness of this home! It provided the 3bd/3-full-bath composite that we were looking for, and the layout was perfect. Extremely clean and great location! A beautiful kitchen with all the necessities! Would definitely return! Lovely home!

great weekend relaxing family trip

Overall, it was just a very good experience. The check in was easy, the VRBO was in great shape and there were plenty of instructions how to use everything. Having a 4year old, it was nice to have different areas for her to hangout while we did adult things. The VRBO was very well located for our trips to Carmel and Pacific Grove.

Overall Comment

This rental was plenty of space for our group of 5 adults! Kitchen had everything we needed (and more) to cook most meals at home, patio was nice to enjoy outdoor meals, and three bathrooms were clutch to avoid getting in each other's hair. The rental company was very communicative prior to the stay, especially confirming a few things for one of us who has contact-related allergies. Areas for improvement: The main master bathroom shower head sprays water all over the place, and while the rental was generally clean, we'd find rolly pollys in a few of the rooms. We didn't notify the rental company bc we were only there a few days.
