Charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage located in northwest Carmel, just a short walk to tennis courts and Forest Hill Park. A 12-minute walk brings you into the heart of downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea to enjoy events, restaurants, galleries and unique boutique shopping experiences.
Easy access to Highway One to explore Big Sur to the south or Santa Cruz to the north, and all of the conveniences and attractions of the greater Monterey Peninsula from golf and hiking to world-class dining and special events like Monterey Car Week.
Living Space
Located in a rare, delightful sunny pocket of Carmel. Walk up the brick path through the front garden to enter the cozy 934 sf home that feels 'just right'. Bright living room has a wood burning fireplace, TV, sofa and love seat. Warm wood floors, plush area rugs and neutrals throughout the home contribute to a serene space.
Kitchen and Dining
The fully-equipped kitchen has dishwasher and a gas range. The eat-in kitchen table seats 4 and an expanding dining table in the living area seats 6-8 so everyone can gather for delicious meals prepared at your home away from home. When you want to dine out a plethora of local dining options are nearby.
Outside
The back yard has a stone patio surrounded by a privacy fence, a small bistro table with 2 chairs along with lounge chairs and a propane BBQ grill.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a king bed and and en suite bathroom with a tiled standing shower.
Bedroom #2 has with twin beds and built-in shelves with a library of books.
Full hall bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination with sliding clear glass doors.
Washer and dryer are located in the garage.
A small, 1-car garage can be used for parking a modestly sized vehicle and there is off-street parking space in the driveway for one vehicle. Street parking is limited and is available on a first come first served basis.
One well-behaved dog is welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
