Easy access to Highway One to explore Big Sur to the south and all of the conveniences and attractions of the greater Monterey Peninsula from golf and hiking to boutique shopping and world-class dining.
Living Space
Walk up the brick path through the front garden to enter the home. Bright living room has hardwood floors, wood burning fireplace, TV, sofa and love seat. Warm wood floors, plush area rugs and neutrals throughout the home contribute to a serene space.
Kitchen and Dining
The fully-equipped kitchen has dishwasher and a gas range. The eat-in kitchen table seats 4 and a dining table in the living area seats 6-8 so everyone can gather for delicious meals prepared at your home away from home, and a plethora of local dining options are nearby.
Outside
The back yard has a stone patio surrounded by a privacy fence, a teak table with 4 chairs along with lounge chairs and a propane BBQ grill.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a king bed and and en suite bathroom with a tiled standing shower.
Bedroom #2 has with twin beds and built-in shelves with a library of books.
Full hall bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination with sliding clear glass doors.
Washer and dryer are located in the garage.
A small, 1-car garage can be used for parking a modestly sized vehicle and there is off-street parking space in the driveway for one vehicle. Street parking is limited and is available on a first come first served basis.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
